Remodel House Plans

  • Reason for Remodeling

     

     

    Our house has plans in the future to remodel in order to improve student safety, increase competition with other housing options for college students, and preserve the Alpha Gamma Rho name on the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota.  This will provide future AGR Brothers a safe and desirable place to live while going to college.  If you want to donate to this project please click the ΑΓΡ Remodeling Donation Pledge Agreement Form link below, fill the form out, and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form.  Thanks for your support.

     

    Project Specifics:

    • Renovate the original 1936 house and 1963 addition
    • Replace the 1956 addition with a new three-level addition
    • Increase the square footage from the 11,000 to 13,901
    • Upgrade the mechanical and electrical systems
    • Install a fire suppression system
    • Meet ADA compliance by increasing accessibility and adding an elevator
    • Maintain current capacity for 50 men
